PUSH GOES MONTHLY AT FLAMINGOS!
Due to its huge success PUSH (Flamingos own dirty filthy pumping vocal house night), will now be featuring in various venues across Bristol on different dates. With this change the night will be hosted by its originators at Flamingos on the first Saturday of each month from 3rd November onwards, featuring even bigger names!
Flamingos is the newest and biggest LGBT nightclub on the block, which offers gay clubbers and their friends a new edge in Bristol. It caters for its modest 900 capacity through two main arenas, as well as a VIP lounge, chill out area, and pool room. In just a few short months since opening the club has become famous for its high levels of service, and amazing drinks offers.
Arena 1 has played host to some incredible PA’s including Brenda Edwards, Ben Mills, Eton Road (X Factor), East 17, Rachael McFarlaine (LMC), and 80’s sensation Buck’s Fizz. Flamingo’s boasts that this is just the tip of the iceberg, with even bigger names to come.
Arena 2, meanwhile now plays host to Bristol’s biggest Polysexual club night, `PUSH’, adorned by bar and podium dancers, door whores and plenty of giveaways. As well as PUSH Flamingos has played host to club nights from Trade, Wild Fruit, and many more. Even when there’s not a club night, Flamingos presents Big named DJ’s week after week including resident DJ and Gaydar Radio’s latest signing, Lukas Hopwood. The Sharp Boys from Fire (London), Gareth Mckeown of Hed Kandi and Pucka Up, Nathan Thompson of Kiss 101, Anthony M the Bacardi DJ Champion of the year and many more besides. Rumour has it that over the next few months even bigger DJ’s are on the way with D Ramirez and The Freemasons booked to play very soon

With the new smoking ban well in place, Flamingos offers two smoking areas by each arena. The club is the only gay venue on the Bristol scene where you can drink and smoke to your hearts content and still be in earshot of your favourite tunes whilst keeping dry from the elements. The club also offers a BBQ on a Saturday night if should the odd burger or two take your fancy.
